Microscopy, electron microscopy, endoscopy, and other medical imaging systems
rely on critical resolving power to achieve optimal images. Videology has
developed cameras and associated lighting systems specifically to provide
accurate, high resolution images under very low light conditions. Often targets
are in motion, so precise imaging requires electronic shuttering to eliminate
the vibration effects created by mechanical shutter devices.
The Videology 21D389 is used by a EU manufacturer in ophthalmology equipment
(eye diagnostics)
Several applications in the dental health industry have been identified for the
21K15X and 21K15X-USB and the cameras have been designed into intraoral dental
equipment.
The 20/21K14X and20/21K15X are used in a variety of endoscopic applications
while the 21D479 and 21D389 are used in surgical equipment and the 21K15X-USB is
used in colposcopes.
